Conflicts between Main Contractor and Domestic Sub-Contractors in the Building Projects in Tanzania; Experiences and Causes

Conflicts are unavoidable in the projects; there is no project that free from conflicts. At same time, sub-contracting has been, and continues to be a very important aspect building construction industry, as standard procedure construction. Thus, study aims at analyzing conflicts between main contractor domestic sub-contractors projects Tanzania. Qualitative quantitative approaches were employed this research. Data was collected using questionnaires. A total of 38 questionnaires distributed found Dar-es-Salaam, 32 returned fairly filled for analysis accounting 84.2%.
